Final Selection:

The selection process for the All India Achievers Conference(AIAC) Excellence Awards is designed to be fair, transparent, and thorough. It is carried out in the following steps:
Level 1:
“Nominations are invited through a meticulous process that includes open calls, recommendations by industry experts, and internal research by our selection committee. Individuals and corporates are chosen based on their exceptional achievements, impact in their field, and commitment to excellence. We ensure a transparent and inclusive approach, encouraging entries from diverse sectors and geographies.”
Level 2:
Each nominee is carefully reviewed by our research team and rated on a scale of 1 to 10. We look at key factors like their achievements, impact, innovation, ethics, and presence in their field. Based on these review, we shortlist outstanding candidates.
Level 3:
The shortlisted names are then sent to a panel of respected experts from different industries. They also rate each nominee on the same scale. To keep the process unbiased, the identity of jury members is kept confidential.
Final Level:
Final winners are chosen based on combined scores from our research team and the jury:
- 40% weightage is given to our internal evaluation
- 60% weightage is given to the jury’s scores
