About the All India Achievers Conference(AIAC)

Established in 1989, the All India Achievers’ Conference (AIAC) is a non-profit, non-political organization founded by a visionary group of journalists, writers, philanthropists, social workers, entrepreneurs, and industrialists. With its headquarters in New Delhi and a presence in all major Indian cities, AIAC has been committed to honoring excellence across diverse fields for over 36 years (1989–2025). The organization continues its mission with renewed vigor in the new millennium.

AIAC is also an ISO-certified organization, ensuring high standards in its operations and event management practices. In addition to its strong national footprint, AIAC has established an international presence in the United Kingdom, Canada, Dubai, Oman, and Nigeria, reflecting its growing global outreach and recognition.

Mission

Key Activities

All India Achievers Conference(AIAC) hosts the annual Excellence Awards across multiple categories and publishes inspirational compilations such as Millennium Achievers, The Achievers, Citizens Extraordinary, and NRIs Extraordinary. It also organizes national and international conferences, workshops, and trade delegations, while collaborating with government and business bodies to amplify achievers’ voices through research and advocacy.

Founder & Executive Director

Abhishek Bachchan a senior league journalist, known as the ‘Award Guru’, incorporated All India Achievers’ Conference (AIAC) in 1989. Over the decades, he has grown the platform into a recognized national institution that organizes excellence awards events annually. Its mission: to spotlight individuals and organizations excelling across business, social service, entertainment, healthcare, literature, and more. Abhishek started AIAC to address a critical gap: millions of unsung achievers lacked recognition. Through structured, nationwide vetting and merit-based selections, his organization has conferred legitimacy and visibility on countless lesser-known contributors.

Dr Sumathy Bachchan
