No Refund Policy

Please note that all payments made towards participation or sponsorship of our events are strictly non-refundable.

Once the payment is received, the participant’s profile undergoes a selection and processing phase, during which the organization incurs administrative, promotional, and logistical expenses.

In the event of a no-show, the trophy and certificate (if applicable) will be securely dispatched to the participant via courier.

In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of the organizing committee, participants may be invited to attend a future event on a complimentary basis.

Sponsorship amounts are directly allocated to event planning, promotion, and execution, and therefore, cannot be refunded.
